What a day today was, First Uni. (I love the opportunity to learn.) it's incredible, then I get home and receive a certificate in reward of having Scored my Scholarship. (Just one of Gods many blessings in my life.) then Tonight my Sister Graduates.
Is It just me or does life just continue to get better :-)
On another Topic.
Communion. "And he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them saying, "This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me." Luke 22:19 (Esv)
When we want to remember a loved one, we usually hold a memorial, or if it's a special occasion we may head to the grave and lay down flowers, just so we can remember them and how much we loved them.
With Communion we remember what God has done for us and how much we love Him. As a Christian it is good to do this not only because He has asked us to but also because we need to show others that We love our Lord and we wish to remember The amazing thing He has done by dying on the cross for us. This is why it is important for us to do it, let us never forget that when we take part in the Lords Supper.
